Professor Level Senior Engineer, Director, Chief Technology Officer of Juxiangyuan Health Food (Zhongshan) Co. Ltd.

Zhang Yanjie, professor level senior engineer, one of Zhongshan outstanding expert talents. As Juxiangyuan health food (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. Director and chief technology officer, he also served as the national Bakery Products Standardization Technical Committee (TC488) deputy director of the National Standardization Technical Committee pastry (TC488/SC1) deputy secretary general, China Bakery & Confectionery Industry Association executive director, vice chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Food Association, Guangdong Province food learn and baking oil Specialized Committee director, Zhongshan Food Association chairman and other staff.

Mr Zhang Yanjie always stand in the forefront of the development of food science and technology, and he tried his best to promote the healthy development of food science and technology. He has led enterprises to establish a National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology Branch Juxiangyuan Laboratory, National Marine Research Base of The Baked Food, Baked Food Research Platform, Postdoctoral Innovation Base, Guangdong Province Bakery Engineering Technology Development Research Center, Enterprise Technology Center and Engineering Research Center.

He has presided over two the national Spark Programs, more than 20 research projects in provinces and cities, and obtained two awards of Chinese Federation of Light Industry Science and Technology Progress, four awards of the Provincial Light Industry Science and technology progress, nine awards of science and technology progress, twelve patents, six utility model patents. In addition, he led and participated more than ten national and local industry standards, and published more than ten valuable academic papers. In brief, he has made outstanding contributions to the scientific research, production technology, equipment renovation, quality and safety of Chinese baking food.
