He teaching in the Master “Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria” of the Phaculty of Pharmacy, University of Valencia (Spain).
He is author or co-author of more than 150 papers, mainly on ISI Journals and Lecturer and invited lecturer to numerous Symposia.
