Currently Elena Martinell is developing her professional career as a Senior Researcher at LEITAT Technological Center, into the Food division.
She has worked as Applied research manager at Productos Aditivos (2003-2014) where she has initiated and promoted a new division into the company, manufacturing powder formulations towards the functional and dietetic field. She also worked as Applied Research Manager for EXQUIM (Ferrer Group), as a technician of application & research laboratory of “sweet” field for GIVAUDAN for 5 years.Graduated in Technical Chemistry Engineer at Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Postgraduate studies in BIOTECHNOLOGY FOOD by (UPC) Postgraduate in FLAVOURS & FRAGANCES by (UPC).
